Human Resources & Cultivar Talent
Stewardship of the people who cultivate, monitor, and contain the largest curated living collection in the biosphere — job architecture, onboarding, certification, compensation, and toxin-exposure wellness.
Mission
Human Resources exists to source, certify, protect, and retain a workforce capable of handling specimens graded GCL-1 through GCL-4 without compromise to life, containment, or the Directorate's research mandate. We treat every role as a safety-critical role: there is no position at GreenWorld Sector-7 from which a containment failure cannot originate, and HR is accountable for ensuring that every badge issued corresponds to a person trained, fit, and cleared for the hazards they will touch.
