The Directorate's controlled R&D notebook archive. Every sanctioned investigation conducted under Dr. P. L. Isley (CBO) is recorded here as a dated, append-only lab log — objective, hypothesis, method, timestamped bench entries, and interim findings. These notebooks are the primary scientific evidence behind every cultivar, compound, and containment posture in the collection.

About the Archive

A Research Log is the witnessed, append-only account of a single study line: what was asked, what was done at the bench, and what the instruments read. Entries are timestamped against facility time and signed to a lead researcher. Once an entry is committed to the Mycelial Data Fabric it is immutable; corrections are issued as new dated entries, never edits. All readings reference the canonical Botanical Metrics, draw specimens from the Specimen Archive, and operate inside the controls of the relevant SOPs.

Classification notice. Several logs in this register describe weaponization-grade behaviour, lethal compound yields, and containment-defeat data. These materials are INTERNAL // CHLOROPHYLL-EYES-ONLY and a subset are Restricted to Directorate clearance. The 47 publications-withheld count reflects findings the Directorate has elected not to release to the wider scientific record. Disclosure outside GreenWorld Sector-7 is a containment-class violation. Knowledge, like the collection, is to be cultivated — and contained.
