Field Service Reports (FSR)
The controlled record of every off-site action a GreenWorld Sector-7 field crew performs — specimen recovery, on-site remediation, and partner/client site visits. Each FSR is the legal and technical account of what was found, what was done, and what the specimen and site read at handover.
What an FSR Is
A Field Service Report documents work performed outside the Sector-7 Arboretum Complex by an Operations field crew. Unlike a greenhouse work order, an FSR carries external exposure: third-party property, public proximity, and specimens of unknown provenance or condition. FSRs fall into three primary engagement types:
Off-Site Specimen Recovery
Retrieval of an escaped, mis-shipped, or rogue cultivar from an external location and its safe return to containment.
On-Site Remediation
Health intervention, pest/pathogen treatment, or stabilization of a specimen or collection at the client's site.
Client / Site Visit
Scheduled inspection, metric capture, and advisory for partner conservatories and contracted collections.
Every FSR captures field readings against the canonical Botanical Metrics, references the governing SOPs, and — where a containment event occurred — cross-links to the after-action requirement in VC-SOP-0401.
