The reusable Field Service Report form. Copy this page for each new engagement, assign the next FSR-YYYY-NNNN from the dispatch register, and complete every section. Fields left blank must be marked N/A — never deleted.
Completion rule. An FSR is authored per VC-SOP-0501. Capture readings against the canonical Botanical Metrics. If a containment event occurs in the field, the FSR doubles as the after-action record under VC-SOP-0401.
