FSR-2089-0401 — Greenline Partner Nursery Survey

Routine scheduled survey of the Greenline Partner Nursery collection under the quarterly partner-site cadence. Full walk-through with the PhytoSense handset, baseline metrics captured, two minor advisories logged; no remediation required. Outcome CLOSED.

FSR ID: FSR-2089-0401 Date: 2089-05-03 Technician: T. Vetch Crew Size: 1 GCL Grade: GCL-1 Governing SOP: VC-SOP-0512 Dispatch Auth: S. Aralia
Engagement classification. Benign GCL-1 scheduled survey under a standing partner service contract. Single-technician dispatch permitted (no two-person rule for GCL-1). Standard horticultural PPE only; observation and baseline-capture engagement — no intervention planned.

1. Site & Conditions

FieldEntry
Site name / clientGreenline Partner Nursery (Tier-2 propagation partner, contract VC-LEG-CT-0188)
Location / accessThree poly-tunnel ranges + one shadehouse; full-day staff access. Open-perimeter commercial grow.
Engagement typeSurvey
Ambient temp / RH19 °C / 62 %RH; tunnels well ventilated
Conditions on arrivalCollection visually healthy; uniform growth; no pest pressure or disease signs observed on walk-through.
Public proximityNone — staff-only commercial site.

2. Specimen Identification

FieldEntry
CollectionPropagation nursery stock — 1,240 liners across 14 cultivar lines (ornamental + understock)
Accession scopePartner-propagated under license; no GreenWorld vault stock on site. No UF- linkage.
Assessed GCL gradeGCL-1 (benign; no toxin, predation, or dispersal hazard)
Primary issuesNone requiring action; two minor advisories logged (substrate-moisture variance in Range 2; light algal film on a bench in the shadehouse)
HazardsNone to personnel; standard horticultural handling.

3. Work Performed

  1. Met partner grower; reviewed since-last-visit log and any flagged concerns (none raised).
  2. Walked all three poly-tunnel ranges and the shadehouse with the PhytoSense handset; captured baseline CVI and Fv/Fm per cultivar line (Section 4).
  3. Spot-sampled substrate pH and moisture across representative trays in each range.
  4. Visually inspected for pest, disease, and nutrient-deficiency signs across all 14 lines; none warranting remediation found.
  5. Logged two minor advisories: uneven substrate moisture on the Range 2 ebb-flow bench, and a light algal film on one shadehouse bench surface.
  6. Briefed the grower on both advisories with low-effort corrective suggestions; confirmed next quarterly survey date.
  7. Captured the survey baseline to the partner metric record; no departure/arrival delta as this was an observation-only visit.

7. Outcome & Disposition

OutcomeClosed
Specimen dispositionCollection retained by partner; no specimen handled or removed. Observation-only survey.
Site left in conditionCollection healthy; two minor advisories briefed to grower; baseline logged.
Emergency procedure triggered?No.

8. Follow-Up Actions

  1. Grower to balance Range 2 ebb-flow bench drainage for even substrate moisture — owner: client — confirm by 2089-05-17.
  2. Grower to wipe down and dry the affected shadehouse bench to clear algal film — owner: client — confirm by 2089-05-10.
  3. Log survey baseline to partner metric record (metrics) — owner: T. Vetch — Done
  4. Next scheduled quarterly survey — owner: T. Vetch — 2089-08-02.

9. Lessons Learned

Note. Clean survey with a strong collection baseline (CVI 95.7%, Fv/Fm 0.81). The only items of note are low-severity husbandry advisories that the grower can resolve without GreenWorld intervention. Capturing the per-line baseline now gives the next survey a delta reference to catch drift early — the intended value of the scheduled-survey cadence under VC-SOP-0512. No SOP change recommended.
